What kind of services do you offer?

Eurofins Analytical Science Laboratories delivers the comprehensive scope of testing services to provide solutions to your CMC testing requirements including GMP quality testing, stability testing, method development, physical properties values, and structure determination.

How can I request a quotation?

Our sales representatives will reply you shortly regarding the information required for making a quotation.

What is the general flow from quotation request to test completion?

Customer: Provide information of request

E-ASL: Quotation

Customer: Sign the quotation. Fill out a testing request form.

E-ASL: Receipt of the testing request form.

Customer: Ship samples to EASL.

E-ASL: Receipt of the samples. Start testing.

E-ASL: Complete testing. Report.

Customer: Review the report.

E-ASL: Issue an invoice.

Customer: Payment.

How long does it take from PO to report?

It depends on which testing services you order.

For foreign matter analysis, for instance, we have express services. We report within 24 hours from the acceptance of the samples. Please feel free to contact our sales representative for more information.

What are the necessary information to request testing?

Sample information, testing guideline/specification (GMP, SAL etc.), availability of testing method, timing of start testing and reporting.

Our sales representative guides you when you request a quotation.

How do you generate a report?

We will respond to your request.

You may use our template of report and certificate. We can generate a report in English.

Do you offer a consulting service if we do not have a testing method?

We are expertise in method development.

We comprehensively support method/specification setting and validation, etc.

Do you provide any services that are not introduced on the website?

Please contact us anytime. We have several testing services that are not introduced on the website.

We also offer testing services that can be performed at Eurofins global labs.

Can you provide price information?

We will provide you a quotation as per your request.

Please feel free to contact us. The prices may vary depending on type of testing, lead time, equipment to be used, etc.

Can you return samples?

Yes, we can return samples.

Please request us to do so but there are some samples that are hardly returned.

How many years do you retain analytical data and report?

We retain the analytical data and report for 10 years from the date of reporting.

Do you offer GMP product testing services?

Yes, we have quality system to meet GMP requirements under JP/USP/EP.

Do you have services for BSL?

Yes, we have a restricted testing area with BSL-2.

Are there any compounds that cannot be handled?

We cannot handle narcotics and stimulants that are controlled by the law.

Also, we are unable to handle samples containing cephem antibiotics in our lab.

Can you handle compound with high pharmacological activity?

Yes, we can handle the compounds.

We have a chemical hazard room to handle compounds with OEL level 5 and/or higher (OEL: ≤ 1 µg/m3).

How can you guarantee the security of confidential information?

We handle confidential information provided by client as a strict confidential information.

Prior to the testing, we execute a non-disclosure agreement or a basic contract with the client. The details will be specified in the contract.

Do I need to communicate with your global labs in English?

If you have a contract with us (E-ASL), all correspondences will be in Japanese.

English is the first language when you contact our global labs directly.

Can I pay by Japanese Yen even if the testing is performed at Eurofins Global labs?

If the testing is performed at global sites, we ask you to make a payment in local currency of the testing site.

When EASL is a testing site, we ask you to make a payment in Japanese Yen.

Can we have a face to face meeting?

Yes, we will visit you as per your request.

Do you offer lab tour and inspection visit?

Yes, we offer lab tour and inspection visit as per your request.

Can you provide any information about seminar and campaign?

We will inform you from time to time.

We are unable to have Face to Face meeting due to prevention measures for Covid-19. Do you offer an online meeting and seminar?
